Pilates classes are carefully planned to improve posture, balance, flexibility, core strength and body awareness. Creating a stronger mind-body connection. Focussing on breathing, enhancing overall well-being and helping you to feel stronger from the inside out. It is the perfect exercise regime for preventing injuries and helping with rehabilitation.
Classes are suitable for everybody, male or female or at any age! Just £11 per person per class.
